  • In a microwave safe bowl, add in your almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix and heat for a minute.
  • Then add in your brown rice crisps. Make sure to mix evenly.
  • Spread in a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, heat up your chocolate chunks and coconut oil together for roughly 30 seconds.
  • Spread evenly over your rice crisps. Top with some crushed rice crisps.
  • Freeze for at least another 30 minutes before cutting & enjoying! 

Notes

  • For best results, keep frozen.
