HOLY GUACAMOLE – 4 INGREDIENT HEALTHY DELICIOUSNESS

I don’t know if I’ve ever met anyone that didn’t like Guacamole. I do know a few folks that are allergic to avocados and I must say, I pray for them to get over their allergy because seriously? Never getting any of that creamy avocado goodness mixed with Pico de Gallo and lemon? My husband might leave me if I told him I was never making Holy Guacamole again. It just tastes THAT good.

  • In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe avocados.
  • Add 3/4 cup Pico de Gallo
  • Add the juice of half a lemon and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (your preference on taste) and stir to mix all ingredients.
  • Enjoy!
