Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup instant oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • walnuts (optional)
  • fresh blueberries (optional)
  • pure maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine first 5 ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Onto a greased pan or griddle set on medium to medium high heat, pour out batter approximately 2 to 3 inch sized circles. Cook until air holes start to appear. Flip, cook other side.
  • Top with fresh blueberries, walnuts (or nuts of your choice) and pure maple syrup
  • Enjoy!
