With only 5 ingredients, a little maple syrup (or a lot!), fresh blueberries and chopped walnuts, anyone can have a tasty breakfast in minutes. Give it a try. Your tummy will thank you.
Banana Oat Pancakes
- Combine first 5 ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Onto a greased pan or griddle set on medium to medium high heat, pour out batter approximately 2 to 3 inch sized circles. Cook until air holes start to appear. Flip, cook other side.
- Top with fresh blueberries, walnuts (or nuts of your choice) and pure maple syrup
